Bio: A lot has transpired in the apiary this summer. The 'girls' have produced a fine quality honey which you can say is really local farm-to-fork food produced in an urban setting. We know we have a good product and decided to enter the GOOD FOOD Awards 2015 competition sponsored by the Seedling Project. Well__Arden Hills Gold made it to the finals for the honey category out of over 300 entries. The judging was not just for quality but also recognition of the sustainable management that we use which allows the "GIRLS" to produce a high value honey with the minimum of intervention. Your continued support has allowed us to mange the "girls" so that you can enjoy the fruits of their labor - honey.
